Search for Alleged Human Trafficking Ringleader in Cleveland

Authorities are on the hunt for Harry D. Randolph, a 49-year-old man from Toledo, Ohio, suspected of operating a human trafficking ring. Ohio Attorney General Dave Yost’s office is urging the public to keep an eye out for Randolph, who is also known by street names such as “Damon,” “Chip,” and “Twin.”

The Northeast Ohio Human Trafficking Task Force has received information suggesting that Randolph may be involved in trafficking activities. He is known to frequent major cities, including Cleveland, Toledo, Detroit, New York City, and Atlanta.

Authorities encourage anyone with information about Randolph’s whereabouts to contact the task force at 216-443-6085 or to send tips to Crime Stoppers of Cuyahoga County at crimestoppers@cuyahogacounty.us.

Randolph faces a total of 17 felony counts in Cuyahoga County, which include six counts related to human trafficking and seven counts related to drug trafficking. He was indicted on Wednesday for human trafficking offenses linked to an incident in November 2022.

Additionally, court records indicate that Randolph was arrested in May in connection with a separate case and was subsequently indicted in June on charges related to weapons and stolen property.
