Join the Songwriters’ Circle at Cleveland Rocks’ Monthly Music Workshop
The monthly musicians workshop hosted by Cleveland Rocks: Past, Present, Future at the Cleveland Rocks shop on Waterloo Road will have a fresh format this month. Instead of the usual panel followed by individual performances, the event will present a Songwriter’s Circle led by Elijah Bisbee of TERRA Songwriting.
A New Format for Songwriting and Discussion
Elijah Bisbee, a renowned songwriter, educator, and music retreat host, will guide the evening’s activities. The Songwriter’s Circle will blend music and dialogue, offering attendees an in-depth look at the songwriting process. Bisbee will be joined by three talented songwriter/musicians who have collaborated with him and TERRA.
Meet the Featured Songwriters
- Ali Kovacevich: A versatile keyboard player and backing vocalist for local bands Two Mile Moon and Solon & Friends, Kovacevich is known for her unique goal of writing songs her cat will enjoy.
- Corry Michaels: A pop vocalist and advocate for LGBTQ+ causes, Michaels proudly embraces his identity on stage and uses his platform to support LGBTQ+ issues.
- Tori Kurtz: A seasoned music industry professional with 15 years of experience, Kurtz was inspired by her work with Bisbee to create her 2023 album, Willingness.
