“Tornado Warnings Issued: Lorain and Cuyahoga Counties on Alert”

On Tuesday evening, storms swept through several counties in Northeast Ohio, prompting multiple severe weather warnings. Reports emerged of funnel clouds and a brief tornado touchdown in Olena, Fitchville, and Clarksfield, all located in Huron County. Fortunately, there have been no reports of damage in these areas thus far.

As of 9:45 p.m., all Tornado Warnings and Severe Thunderstorm Warnings have been lifted. Throughout the afternoon and evening, the following counties were under Tornado Warnings:

  • Cuyahoga County
  • Lorain County
  • Erie County
  • Huron County
  • Sandusky County

Currently, it remains unclear if any damage has occurred in the affected regions. Stay tuned for updates as more information becomes available.
