According to The Sun, Best Buy is under fire from disgruntled customers for its recently implemented 15-day return policy, which many shoppers feel is too restrictive. Previously, the retailer allowed customers a full 30 days to return items, but that has now been cut in half, leaving consumers frustrated.

Angry customers have taken to social media to voice their discontent. The basic plan is free and includes a 15-day refund policy, but customers can opt for two paid tiers: My Best Buy Plus, which costs $49.99 a year and offers a 60-day return window on most products, and My Best Buy Total, priced at $179.99 per year.
