Ohio Car Theft: 8-Year-Old Child Abducted with Stolen Vehicle
A Cleveland mother experienced a frightening ordeal on Sunday evening when her car was stolen with her eight-year-old son asleep in the back seat. The incident occurred around 8 p.m. near E. 38th Street and Cedar Avenue.
The 32-year-old mother reported to police that she was outside her car picking up food when another vehicle pulled up beside hers. In a shocking turn of events, she witnessed her car being driven away with her son still inside.
Local authorities acted quickly, launching a search for the stolen vehicle. Fortunately, they found it abandoned just a few blocks away. The young boy was located nearby and was unharmed.
As of now, no arrests have been made in connection with the theft, and police continue to investigate the incident.
