The Cleveland Division of Police is seeking the public’s assistance in finding a missing 15-year-old girl, Issabella Clelland.
Clelland was last seen near the intersection of West 145th Street and Cleminshaw Road. She is described as being 5 feet 2 inches tall and weighing approximately 150 pounds, with brown hair and brown eyes.
