South Euclid Chase Bank Incident: ATM Technician Robbed at Gunpoint

Police are on the lookout for two suspects involved in a robbery of an ATM service technician outside a Chase Bank in Cleveland on Wednesday.

The incident occurred just before noon at the bank located at 14133 Cedar Road. According to a police news release, the suspects were masked, leaving only their eyes visible, with one armed with a 9mm handgun.

After stealing cash from the technician, the duo fled the scene in a black 2013 Hyundai Sonata. Authorities noted that the vehicle had heavily tinted windows and chrome door handles, and a distinctive wheel rim on the driver’s front side that does not match the other rims.

The armed suspect was described as wearing black jogging pants, a black hooded sweatshirt, and Nike Jordan 11 Retro Concord 2011 shoes, along with S Series 2015 Ormadus gray/orange/yellow impact-protection gloves.

The second suspect was seen in a black North Face fleece jacket with a gray hoodie underneath, navy blue Adidas sweatpants, and Timberland-style work boots. No description of the vehicle’s driver has been provided.

Fortunately, the ATM technician was not injured during the robbery.
