LAST CHANCE: Last days to claim from $115million Katz privacy settlement – Know Everthing

Time is running out to claim your portion of the $115 million Katz privacy settlement. This cash opportunity arises from a lawsuit against Oracle, a major cloud applications provider, which has agreed to a payout to resolve allegations of illegal data collection.

Allegations Against Oracle

The settlement addresses claims that Oracle illegally collected personal information from the internet and sold it to third parties for advertising purposes. According to the lawsuit, Oracle tracked various activities, including web browsing, in-store purchases, geolocation, and other personal data without obtaining consumer consent.

As one of the largest tech companies in the United States, Oracle’s technology is widely utilized across various industries. Banks rely on Oracle software to manage customer databases and transactions, hospitals use it to store patient records, and retail businesses leverage it for inventory and sales management. Oracle partners with well-known companies such as Uber, AMC, and MGM Resorts.

While Oracle has not admitted any wrongdoing, it agreed to the settlement to resolve the data privacy lawsuit. Under the terms of the agreement, class members can receive an equal share of the net settlement fund, although the exact payment amount will vary based on the number of claims filed and the fees deducted.
