The man was arrested for multiple offenses, including having an open container, failing to identify himself, being in physical control of the vehicle, and possessing a weapon while intoxicated. His vehicle was subsequently towed.

At 2:35 a.m. on October 20, a woman reported a man, unknown to her, who had been banging on her door and then moved on to a neighbor’s house to continue the disturbance. Officers located the man near Madison Park, cited him for disorderly conduct while intoxicated, and subsequently released him to his mother.
