Investigation Launched After Body Discovered in Ohio Gravel Pit
The Greene County Sheriff’s Office is conducting an investigation following the discovery of a body in a sand and gravel pit.
Authorities reported that the body was found Wednesday morning in the 1300 block of Dayton Xenia Road in Xenia. The Greene County Coroner’s Office confirmed that the body was removed from the site shortly after 4 p.m.
Both the sheriff’s office and the coroner’s office are actively involved in the investigation. Further details are pending as authorities continue to gather information.
