No Admission of Wrongdoing

While CLIF Bar has not admitted any wrongdoing, the settlement aims to address the false advertising lawsuit. Eligible customers can receive cash payouts depending on the number of bars purchased, with a maximum payment of $50.

Payment Tiers for Customers

Payments will be structured based on the quantity of bars purchased:
