Gas station worker accused of beating customer with bat for taking too much nacho cheese
According to cleveland19, A gas station worker in Las Vegas is facing charges of attempted murder and assault after an altercation over nacho cheese at an Arco gas station escalated into a violent attack. Myron Bullie, the accused, allegedly beat a customer with a baseball bat, leaving the victim with severe injuries, according to an arrest report.
The incident came to light when police were called to the gas station and found a man lying in the grass, bleeding from his head, nose, and ears. The victim, who was unable to communicate what had happened, was immediately taken to the hospital.
When police questioned Bullie, he admitted to the attack, stating that the victim was “talking [expletive]” and had broken a nacho cheese machine. Bullie clarified that the man was not attempting to steal but was taking what he believed was an excessive amount of nacho cheese. Frustrated by the damage to the machine and the customer’s behavior, Bullie ordered him to leave the store. However, the victim reportedly insisted on getting nachos, which led Bullie to push him out of the store.
Bullie admitted to having a baseball bat and hitting the man during the confrontation. According to the arrest report, Bullie told police, “Don’t talk [expletive] to me… Now everyone gonna see this and they’re gonna know never to talk [expletive] to me.”
Surveillance footage captured the violent altercation. The video shows Bullie pushing the man out of the store, and the two struggling over the baseball bat. Bullie is then seen punching the victim in the face before striking him with the bat. As the victim attempted to walk away, Bullie struck him three more times.
The violence did not end there. Moments later, Bullie reportedly followed the victim to a nearby business and hit him with the bat once more, delivering a blow so forceful that the man collapsed and remained on the ground for several minutes.
The victim was later diagnosed with two brain bleeds, multiple skull and facial fractures, blood in his ears, and air in his brain. Bullie, who sustained a sprained wrist during the attack, was arrested and charged with attempted murder. His bail was set at $10,000, according to court records.
