Dustin Ray Bolen Arrested in Hardin County for Murder and Body Abuse
A Hardin County man has been arrested in connection with the death of another man, as well as allegations of theft and abuse of the victim’s body. The Hardin County Sheriff’s Office announced this week that Dustin Ray Bolen, 42, of McGuffey, has been charged in the death of 66-year-old Michael Bolen, also from McGuffey, who had been reported missing in late March.
Details about the relationship between the two men have not been revealed by the sheriff’s office or court records.
Dustin Ray Bolen faces a series of charges, including murder, tampering with evidence, gross abuse of a corpse, having weapons under disability, trafficking in fentanyl, theft from a person in a protected class, and possession of criminal tools.
Bolen is currently being held at the Multi-County Correctional Facility and is awaiting arraignment.
