How do you wash your hands? Recently many people have heard about the Coronavirus and some haven’t been washing their hands correctly.
When washing your hands, you wet your hands with clean, running water (warm or cold) and apply soap, then lather your hands by rubbing them together with the soap. Scrub your hands for at least 20 seconds. Finally, rinse your hands well under clean, running water. Dry your hands using a clean towel or air dry them.
You should wash your hands more, and more often to keep from getting sick, before and after you eat, after touching something that many other people have touched, and after you go to the bathroom.
Washing your hands more often will help keep you healthy and free of illness. Using hand sanitizer also helps keep your hands clean if you are unable to wash your hands properly.
