On this day in 1956, the first black late-night talk show host, Arsenio Hall was born. Arsenio Hall is a famous comedian, actor, writer and producer, but he is best known for hosting his late-night talk show named “The Arsenio Hall Show” that ran from 1989 to 1994 and again from 2013 to 2014. This is a significant moment for black history as his show was enjoyable and amusing to lots of people.
