A $5,000 reward is being offered for information leading to the arrest and indictment of the person or persons responsible for the murder of Lucian Sheppard, who was tragically killed on September 27, 2024.
Details of the Incident
According to Cleveland Police, Sheppard was shot and killed while driving in the vicinity of East 100th Street and St. Clair Avenue. His body was later discovered inside a white 2016 Hyundai Tucson, which had been set on fire at East 138th Place and Aspinwall Avenue.
