Mental Health Awareness Month has been noticed in the U.S. since 1949. Every year during the month of May, we take action towards mental health by showing more support, educating the public and advocating for policies that could support millions of people in the U.S with any mental health issues.

National Alliance on Mental Illness (NAMI), is celebrating this month of May with the #MoreThanEnough campaign. During May, we take the opportunity to come together and remember how much value we all hold. It doesn’t matter what you are going through or even diagnosed with… The NAMI wants every person to know if you just woke up today, that is more than enough. You have more than enough value to this life, with loving, and healing. Just showing up for the people around is more than enough.

NAMI invites everyone to share the hashtag #MoreThanEnough on social media on why you are more than enough by tagging the NAMI campaign.
