With the holidays coming up, people have been getting into the holiday spirit by listening to their favorite holiday songs with songs of all genres by all different kinds of singers, such as “All I Want For Christmas,” which has been sung and overplayed so many times. I interviewed some people about their favorite holiday songs to listen to this year, and I got a few responses.

While asking around, some people said they don’t listen to holiday music, which is very sad. Holiday music is fun and can be very enjoyable. For example, the top 3 holiday songs (at the time of writing this) were “All I Want For Christmas” by Mariah Carey, “Last Christmas” by WHAM!, and “Fairytale of New York” by Pogues Ft. Kirsty Maccoll.

After finishing up asking around, I found out the seemingly most popular song at our school. “Last Christmas” by WHAM! People seemed to enjoy that song with 40% of interviewed students saying this. Following this song in second and third place is “Jingle Bell Rock” by Bobby Helms and “All I Want For Christmas” by Mariah Carey.
