After a hectic seven months, we finally can breathe a little with the Holidays coming up.
Halloween is only a few weeks away, so it is time to start getting an idea for costumes and watching scary movies at home.
However, it isn’t the only thing to be excited for.
On October 31, after 76 years, we will have a “blue moon” on Halloween.
According to space.com, a blue moon occurs when one month has two full moons in it. They occur every 2.5 years. The last blue moon to occur on Halloween in the Eastern time zone was in 1944. A blue moon occurred on Halloween in 2001 in the Central and Western time zones.
